Plan + Energy: Green Hydrogen
The "Plan + Energy: Green Hydrogen", which is part of the National Green Hydrogen Strategy, seeks to strengthen the monitoring, support and guidance to the holders of H2 projects in the country.
The plan will seek to support projects through two pillars, management and knowledge. From the management pillar, the initiative incorporates:
- Management of fiscal land for the development of the projects (which is underway with the Ministry of National Assets)
- Project Strengthening Commission (more than 15 services are already part of this committee and more than 50 public sector professionals have been trained).
- Support for obtaining Maritime Concessions for port development.
- Territorial viewer of environmental and social variables to guide investors and holders regarding possible project locations. This will have information on Public Works, Electrical System, Parks and Natural Reserves, Flora and Fauna, Regional and communal regulatory plans, among others.
On the other hand, from the pillar of knowledge, the initiative incorporates:
- Workshops for citizens and work tables to incorporate the local vision in the development of the industry.
- Guidance documents in the process of environmental assessment and community relations.
