Demand side targets industry and transport with a 40% quota for existing industrial uses, 1500-2000 FCEV, 1000-1500 trucks, and 50-100 HRS. Investment needs of USD 2.5-5.5 billion by 2030 creating 7 000 to 15 000 jobs and reducing 2.5 to 3 Mtpa of CO2
