National Recovery and Resilience Plan
Croatia's national recovery and resilience plan (NRRP) is an ambitious outline of reforms and investment designed to mitigate the pandemic's socioeconomic fallout. Energy in accordance with REPowerEU acconts for 29% of the budget. Questionnaire response description: "2030 target is 1,500 MW of new sources of electricity from RES EUR 27 million to produce renewable hydrogen (10 MW electrolyser) and the establishment of infrastructure in transport (6 HRS and– 100 % financed), EUR 37 million the purchase of new alternative fuel vehicles and the development of alternative fuel infrastructure in road transport, EUR 13 million for a pilot project that will enable the development and commercialization of CCS process)"
