Hydrogen program plan

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Hydrogen Program Plan communicates DOE’s overarching, crossoffice strategic plan to accelerate research, development, and deployment (RD&D) of hydrogen and related technologies in the United States. The goal of the program is to demonstrate and commercialise the use of hydrogen for transportation, utility, undustrial, commercial and residetional applications. The program's targets include reducing the capital and operating costs of hydrogen production to less than $1/kg.
