The program is focussing on transformative, emission-reducing measures in the economy that make a significant contribution to reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. This includes investments that lead to an efficient use of energy, a switch to renewable energy sources or to the greatest possible reduction in GHG emissions. The measure will be completed in 2026.
