Legal regulation for smart meters introduction

This ordinance sets a legislation framework for smart meter rollout plan on national level:

- project plan submission by network operators for their customers, by end of 2015;

- installation for 80% of customers, by end of 2020;

- installation for 95% of customers, by end of 2022.
