Renewable Energy Expansion Act
This act includes provisions for investment subsidies for the construction or expansion of renewable energy plants, specifically targeting hydrogen production. It allows for subsidies covering up to 45% of the investment costs for plants converting electricity into hydrogen or synthetic gas with a capacity greater than 1 MW, and up to 20% for plants with a capacity between 0.5 MW and 1 MW.
