Industrial Decarbonisation Challenge Fund

GBP 210 million of public funding expected to mobilize GBP 261 million from industry for CCS and hydrogen. There are two competitions (a) Deployment; (b) Cluster plan. The first phase for both categories was launched in 2020 with only GBP 2 million of budget. In 2021, GBP 171 million were awarded to 9 projects as part of the second phase of funding for the deployment category.
