Renewable Energy Law

This law establishes the framework for development of the renewable energy and provides for the support regime the following measures:


- delicensed generation,

- exemption from custom duties on import/export of equipment and spare parts,

- guaranteed purchase of the output,

- coefficient for the feed-in tariff,

- priority dispatching,

- guaranteed non-dicriminatory access to the grid.
