Recovery and resilience plan / Green energies and techologies/ R&D and innovation

As part of its Recovery and Resilience plan, the French government plans to allocate EUR 3.4 billion to support research for the development of green technologies, including hydrogen (confirmed and reinforced in latter decisions), recycling, reincorporation of recycled materials, and biofuels.
