National Transport Plan 2022-2033

With a target to halve emissions from the transport sector by 2030, compared to 2005 levels, the government announced its National Transport Plan for 2022-2033. During the plan period, the government will allocate NOK 1,200 billion to the development of an efficient, eco-friendly and safe transport system. Several transport technologies are targeted in this programme, among which all-electric aircraft, hybrid electric aircraft or aircraft where hydrogen is burned directly in the engine.
