The strategy also sets other objectives that reveal its ambition until 2030, such as installed H2 production capacity, number of H2 vehicles (passengers and goods). It has specific targets for 2025, 2030, 2040 and 2050. From the EU Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027, it allocates EUR 400-450 million to hydrogen. It splits the implementation in 3 phases (2020-2023, 2024-2030, 2030-2050) and defines actions across 8 different areas along with the implementation phase
