COP23 - Portugal's coal phase-out

As part of its decarbonization strategy, and pledges in Bonn for COP23, Portugal pledges to phase-out coal use in the power sector by 2030 at the latest. 
The target was achieved in November 2021 by closing the Pego and Sines power plants.
