Rated fuel consumption was converted from national test cycles to estimated performance on the Worldwide Harmonized Light-Duty Test Cycle (WLTC https://dieselnet.com/standards/cycles/wltp.php) using the zero-intercept conversion equations developed by the International Council on Clean Transportation (2014 https://theicct.org/publication/development-of-test-cycle-conversion-factors-among-worldwide-light-duty-vehicle-co2-emission-standards/) and measured NEDC (New European Driving Cycle) to WLTC conversion factors from the European Environment Agency (EEA https://www.eea.europa.eu/en/datahub/datahubitem-view/fa8b1229-3db6-495d-b18e-9c9b3267c02b).
