EV = electric vehicle; CAAM = China Association of Automobile Manufacturers. EV Volumes is used to represent the sales of Chinese-made electric cars in overseas markets by destination market and OEM headquarters location. Discrepancies with EV exports reported by CAAM (white dot) are explained by stockpiling of unsold Chinese electric cars in export markets. See Annex I for regional groupings.
