DFI Commitment = (Total volume of DFI Commitment each year) – (Total volume of DFI Disbursed in a given year). LIC = Low-income country. HMIC = Lower middle-income country, UMIC = Upper middle-income country, HIC = High income-country. The OECD methodology on calculating mobilised private finance was modified in 2015, hence comparable data flows are only available from 2016 onwards.
