The seven sectors for which countries have agreed goals under the Breakthrough Agenda account for over 60% of current global emissions. Emissions are broken down by direct emissions in each sector. Only energy-related emissions from cement are included. Emissions from hydrogen production cut across several sectors. GHGs = CO2, CH4, F-gases, HFCs, PFCs, SF6 and NF3.
