Buildings and other construction industry refers to the cement, steel, and aluminium used in the construction of buildings and infrastructure respectively. Energy combustion and process emissions are accounted for across the full value chain of each material. Indirect emissions refer to CO2 emitted from the power and heat transformation sector to meet electricity and heat demand in buildings.
