Notes

Longer-running programmes (more than 20 years) with stronger standards deliver more savings as there is more time for inefficient appliances and equipment to be replaced and for programmes to significantly lower the average stock energy consumption of that appliance class. Electronic devices include: external power supply units, monitors, DVD/VCR units and other personal electronics.
