STEPS = Stated Policies Scenario; APS = Announced Pledges Scenario; NZE = Net Zero Emissions by 2050 Scenario; LDV = light-duty vehicle. The analysis is carried out for each region in the transport model within the IEA's Global Energy and Climate Model (GEC-Model) separately and then aggregated for global results. For the NZE Scenario, only global values are reported. Regional data can be interactively explored via the Global EV Data Explorer.
