United Kingdom - Canada Joint Statement of Intent on Collaboration on Critical Minerals
In a partnership launched by the United Kingdom Minister of Business and Trade and the Canadian Minister of Natural Resources, the United Kingdom and Canada have agreed to boost green technology supply chains through co-operation on critical minerals. The Dialogue was launched at the 2023 Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) Convention. Under the statement, the two countries pledge to work together towards shared objectives:Spur supply chain innovation and promote collaborative research and development among industry, academia and the governments.
