Decentralized Rural Electrification Strategy (2015-2017)

The DRE Strategy aims to maximize the social impact of decentralized renewable energy and tackle challenges at all levels from household to policy. A key objective is to bring the benefits of modern energy technologies to rural children and families and promote transfer of skills and approaches to institutional, commercial, and community level structures.
