The training will provide participants with the latest analysis and trends in renewable energy and low-carbon energy policy and planning. Leading experts from the IEA and other institutions will present recent developments from the Latin America region and around the world. Participants will become familiar with a range of recognised methodologies and tools for analysis and policy-formulation at the national level for the medium to long-term.

Funding is available for up to 2 official nominees from each participating country (round trip economy flight and accommodation).
