Renewable Energy Description:

Royal Decree 1027/2007 of July 20th, passed the Regulation for Thermal installations in buildings in 2007, but it foresees periodical reviews related to the energy eficiency requirements. Considering this and the requirementes established in Directive 2010/31/CE (as for energy efficiency, technical building systems,  maintenance and inspection of heating and air- conditioning systems, etc), Royal Decree 238/2013 amends some points in Royal Decree 1027/2007, with references to installations including renewable energies and CHP.
