Danish companies are to receive DKr144m (? 19m) in government subsidies over four years for environmental improvements, among others for climate. The grants are to be funded from national CO2 tax revenues. Qualifying projects include company investments in environmental improvements (e.g. implementation of EU regulations and government strategies, RD&D on alternative technologies). Funding of projects that meet environmental benefits will be given priority by the Danish government.
