Last updated: 14 May 2014

Each federal agency is required to install at least one renewable fuel pump at each federal fleet fueling center in the US by 1 January 2010. This requirement however does not apply to a Depertment of Defense (DoD) fueling center with a fuel turnover rate of less than 100,000 gallons of fuel per year. Reporting on the installation of renewable fuel pumps at Federal fueling centersunder the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (EISA) Section 246 will also be supported by the Federal Automotive Statistical Tool (FAST) in fiscal year 2010.
