Tax on Waste Disposal

Introduced in 1999, with differentiated between waste going to landfill and incineration. Incineration tax ended in 2010.

Rates in 2013 are NOK 479 per tonne for biodegradable waste going to landfill , NOK 289 per tonn for other waste going to landfill.
