Resolution no. 746 - Subsidies for Regional Programmes for Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency

This Resolution prescribes the procedures for granting subsidies from the federal budget to regional programs in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency.
The level of co-financing of expenditure obligations for the program at the expense of the federal budget is 5 - 95 per cent of expenditure commitments under the program.
