Union Gas Runsmart Building Optimization (Ontario)

Union Gas provides an incentive to customers for the successful implementation of low-cost/no-cost energy saving measures and activities that optimize a building's energy use. Examples of low-cost/no-cost building management activities: verifying dampers and valves on air handling units are operating properly, calibrating sensors and instrumentation.
Building Optimization will help to:
Improve a building's overall performance by identifying low-cost building maintenance and operational efficiency improvements
Reduce operating costs while extending equipment life
Reduce natural gas usage for incentives from Union Gas.
