Background: |
The aim of the Workshop is an exchange of experience on questions of security of supply of crude oil and petroleum products, and of building of necessary material reserves and storage facilities. Invited representatives are from the countries of South East Europe - Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldavia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine. There will be 3 thematic sessions: - Setting the scene: why prepare for oil supply disruptions - Oil security and emergency stocks: policies, institutiona and procedures - Stockholding practices in Europe Please note: participation is by invitation only. |
