Background:

This workshop seeks to discuss the main issues surrounding the iron and steel in the context of climate policy, including regional trends, various policy approaches, competitiveness concerns and future venues for progress. This workshop is co-organised by the International Energy Agency, the OECD Iron and Steel Committee and the International iron and Steel Institute.
