Background: |
This will be the fourth in a series of joint workshops organised by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and the International Energy Agency. It will focus on demand side issues and is expected to provide input for the World Energy Outlook 2006 which the IEA will be publishing in late October/early November. It is also an additional step in strengthening the spirit of co-operation and dialogue which has been growing for some years between the IEA and OPEC Participation is by invitation only. |
