This workshop, "The Developing World and the Electricity Challenge" will focus on access to electricity in developing countries, with a special emphasis on Africa and South Asia. This workshop will tackle investment needs, barriers and prospects for the electricity markets in developing countries with a broad range of participants from governments, international organisations and the industry. Participation in the workshop is by invitation only. Cette conférence, "Les Pays en Développement et le Défi Électrique", sera centrée sur la problématique de l’électricité dans les pays en développement. L’accent sera mis sur les problèmes d’électrification en Afrique sub-saharienne et dans le sud de l’Asie. Le nombre de participants étant limité, la participation se fera uniquement sur invitation |
