(10-14 November 2014, Santiago, Chile)
Organised in partnership with GIZ and IDB, this week-long event covered topics such as energy efficiency, renewable energy, grid integration, technology roadmaps and smart grids. 12 countries from South America and Mexico attended this event and the group of 50 participants included key energy stakeholders from each country – government, regulator, energy utility and industry associations. Energy Statistics and Indicators Training
(20-23 October 2014, Cairo, Egypt)
A training course on Energy Statistics and Energy Efficiency Indicators with the objective to provide methods and tools to develop and maintain accurate energy datasets and national energy balances. 32 participants from 7 Middle Eastern and North African countries attended.

The 8th regular course on IEA Energy Statistics, mainly targeting non-IEA member countries, explored detailed methods and tools for enhancing national energy data and balances. 32 participants from a record 25 countries attended.

Costa Rica Workshop

‌Regional Sustainable Energy Training for Central America
(10-14 June 2013, San Jose, Costa Rica)
Organised in partnership with GIZ and IDB, this week-long event covered topics such as energy efficiency, renewable energy, grid integration, technology roadmaps and smart grids.
