Description	This strategy, released in August 2003, calls for an increase in the share of renewable energy, the building of new hydroenergy stations and enaction of the bill "On Renewable Energy Sources". The strategy also states that it is possible to launch 1000 MW of electric power capacity and 1200 MW of heat power capacity based on renewables by 2010.
