Description	Since 1994, CENEf has managed Russian implentation of the World Bank's Enterprise Housing Divestiture Project. Across Russia, CENEf has conducted energy audits and monitored housing stock for demonstration projects in Zhukovsky and Ryazan; prepared several studies (on taxes and customs duties and on regulation, codes, standards, and certification); and developed the RUSSUP-EHDP Database on energy efficiency measures. In 1998 and 1999, CENEf conducted another study, Monitoring and Accumulation of Budgetary Savings Resulted from Enterprise Housing Divestiture Project in Volkhov, Cherepovets, and Petrozavodsk.
