Technology Agreements - Cross Cutting (data, modelling, technology transfer)

Climate Technology Initiative (CTI)
The objective of this Agreement is to allow IEA Member countries and OECD non-Member countries to work together to foster international co-operation for accelerated development and diffusion of climate-friendly and environmentally sound technologies and practices, also taking into account other relevant IEA activities.

Energy Technology Data Exchange (ETDE)
The goal of ETDE is to provide governments, industry and the research community in member countries with access to the widest range of information on energy research, science and technology and to increase dissemination of this information to developing countries. The most visible result of ETDE efforts is ETDEWEB - the world's largest single online database (close to 3.9 million records) of energy-related science, R&D, sustainable technology, efficiency/conservation and energy policy. ETDEWEB combines research documents from its member countries and international partners and adds a distributed search service of six national, regional and international online databases. ETDE also provides access to a growing list of developing countries.

Energy Technology Systems Analysis Programme (ETSAP)
The objective of the Implementing Agreement on Energy Technology Systems Analysis Programme (ETSAP) is to serve national governments and work in international forums by fostering and supporting the development of energy technology policy options.
