| Description: | Royal Decree 617/2013 establishes a certificate of national competence for the Energy and Water vocational family in the Renewable Energy vocational area, and is included in the National Register of certificates of professional competence by vocational qualification level, based on the vocational competence required for productive activities, as provided in Article 4(4) and in Annex II of Royal Decree 1128/2003 of 5 September 2003. This Royal Decree also updates the certificates of professional competence laid down in Annex I to Royal Decree 1967/2008 of 28 November 2008 and Annex I to Royal Decree 1381/2008 of 1 August 2008, which apply to certificates of professional competence for installation and maintenance of solar thermal plants and solar photovoltaic plants. |
