Renewable Energy Description:

In order to obtain the status of privileged producer and be eligible to benefit from feed-in tariffs, an electricity producer is obliged to submit an application with full documentation to the Ministry of Energy, Development and Environmental Protection.

The Decree also defines in more detail the requirements for obtaining the status of privileged electric power producer and the criteria for assessing the fulfilment of these requirements.
