Climate Change Description:The Government of Canada is investing more than C$ 2 million to help develop and build a prototype heat and power plant using solid oxide fuel cell technology, along with a number of other partners (including the US Department of Energy). Ontario Power Corporation will build and operate the worlds largest pre-commercial solid oxide fuel cell CHP plant.
