Funding:The EnerGuide Rating System initiative is funded under the ecoENERGY Efficiency initiative, which has been allocated CAD 195 million in federal funding over five years (fiscal year 2011/2012 to fiscal year 2015/2016).
Energy Efficiency Description:

Energy performance rating and labelling initiative for new and existing low-rise residential buildings. It allows building professionals to provide consumers with information to inform their home purchases and on the best renovations to maximize savings on their energy bills.
