Meeting with first IEA Governing Board Chair

IEA Executive Director Nobuo Tanaka met with Viscount Etienne Davignon in Brussels - the first IEA Governing Board Chair (1974-1977). Viscount Davignon will be a keynoter speaker at the IEA Ministerial that is taking place in Paris this coming October. Among other responsibilities, he is currently Vice-Chairman of Suez-Tractabel.
