Brainstorming:
- to discuss survey approach and experience
- to discuss other ways to get data and information (already existing)
- to improve on the IEA-Rosstat plan of action (attached)
- to discuss and decide which sectors most useful to focus work
- to enhance interaction with other Ministries given the cross-sectoral nature of energy efficiency indicators
- to promote co-operation and co-ordination across Ministries and other bodies
- to promote co-operation and co-ordination with regions
- to enhance Russia’s international co-operation (OECD/APEC/G8)
