Description	This policy provides for local entities (provinces and municipalities) to set up a voluntary agreement with the Flemish Government to help establish environmental policies and measures. These policies and measures can relate to e.g. waste, water, mobility, noise and energy. In this agreement local entities commit themselves to promote energy efficiency, buy renewable energy, ... in return for financial support from the Flemish Government for projects at provincial or municipal level. These projects might include low energy public buildings, renewable energy (PV), heat pumps and micro-CHP.
