Description	This royal decree, promulgated in December 2000, determined the ad hoc conditions and procedures to deliver the required authorisations for the installation and operation of wind parks in offshore areas. The decree was modified by another Royal Decree of May 2004, promulgated in June 2004, creating a zone dedicated to wind and ocean power development areas.
