| Description | Starting in October 2007, a new call-system grants an investment subsidy or ecologybonus to sustainable investments, depending on the size of the company; 40% of additional costs for SMEs, and 20% for large entreprises. Solar thermal power, solar photovoltaic energy, wind energy, biomass (electricity/heat/CHP) and heat pumps qualify as sustainable investments. In 2010, the total available budget was more than EUR38 milion. |
