| Description | The government of Wallonia since 2002 provides subsidies to private sector entities in industry, agriculture and services wishing to undertake an energy audit or pre-investment feasibility study. The studies must be undertaking with a view to invest in energy efficient or renewable energy systems, high efficient cogeneration, or to elaborate an energy efficiency action plan. The subsidy covers 50% of the cost of the study. For companies that have signed a voluntary agreement with the government on energy efficiency, the subsidy covers 75% of eligible costs, and can cover services provided internally within the company. |
