- EUR 0.22 /kWh (ARS 0.9 /kWh) for photovoltaic
- EUR cent 0.37 / kWh (ARS 0.015/kWh) for wind
- EUR cent 0.37 /kWh (ARS 0.015 /kWh) for other sources: geothermal energy, tidal energy, biomass, biogas and small-scale hydropower with ratings up to 30 MW.

The period of entitlement is 15 years. The law underscores the political intention to create jobs by promoting the use of renewable energy sources and to increase the national and regional net outputs by using domestic products.
