Description	Under its climate change initiatives, the government announced several programmes in support of renewable energy technology development and demonstration. One of them is the Technology Early Action Measures (TEAM), established under the Climate Change Action Fund. The programme funds technology projects that promise to reduce GHG emissions, nationally or internationally, while sustaining economic and social development. The programme aims to help accelerate the demonstration and commercial deployment of new technologies. Proposed projects must be sponsored and co-funded by government R&D programmes.
